About Me
Healing work is a passion of mine. I use Reiki daily to help bring balance to myself, my friends, my family and my clients. As a practicing Reiki therapist I am so fortunate to get to see what amazing things Reiki can do for someone. Energy work is a great way for a person to find balance and clearing within their body which aligns beautifully with my belief in holistic healing and my mission to bring this to others.

One on One Reiki Session
A reiki session is a wonderful and comfortable alternative health treatment. Reiki treatments typically last about 50 minutes. During a session, you'll lie on a massage table fully clothed, as your reiki practitioner gently places their hands, palms down, on or just above your body in specific energy locations. They use a series of 12 to 15 different hand positions.

Long Distance Reiki Session
Distance Reiki sessions are a great option for someone who is unable to travel. The experience is comfortable and effective. A distant healing session can be done in a number of ways. The practitioner can use a proxy, use visualization, or use a projection of Reiki to send Reiki energy to someone else. The distant Reiki symbol joins the Reiki practitioner and the client together in a sacred healing space.

Reiki Reflexology Session
Reflexology is a natural, non-invasive form of alternative healing that brings has three major benefits: relaxation and tension relief, balances the energy systems in the body and creates a sense of well-being. This Reiki treatment can be focused on the feet and hands. A session beginswith a a gentle message, then moves into applying pressure and Reiki energy on specific points in the feet and hands. It ends with a gentle touch massage. The session takes about an hour and the results can last days.
